目的探讨三氯乙烯(TCE)对大鼠外周血淋巴细胞CD3+CD4+CD8+的影响。方法采用豚鼠最大值法(GPMT),将大鼠随机分为3组,分别为阴性对照组、阳性对照组、TCE实验组,用皮内注射的方式分别注射橄榄油、2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)、三氯乙烯(TCE),实验结束后收集大鼠外周血液,用流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞CD3+CD4+CD8+比例。结果 TCE实验组和阳性对照组大鼠外周血淋巴细胞CD3+比例高于阴性对照组;阳性对照组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于阴性对照组,CD8+低于对照组,存在显著性差异(P<0.05);TCE实验组CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+与阴性对照组比较无统计学差异。结论三氯乙烯经皮染毒对大鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚型比例有一定影响,可能与三氯乙烯的致敏作用存在一定关系。
Objective To investigate the effect of trichlorethylene (TCE) on CD3 + CD4 + CD8 + of peripheral blood lymphocytes in rats. Methods The guinea pig maximum method (GPMT) was used to divide the rats into three groups at random: negative control group, positive control group and TCE experimental group. The rats were injected with olive oil, 2,4-dinitro DNCB and TCE. After the experiment, the peripheral blood of rats was collected and the ratio of CD3 + CD4 + CD8 + was detected by flow cytometry. Results The ratio of CD3 + in peripheral blood lymphocytes of TCE experimental group and positive control group was higher than that of negative control group. The positive control group had higher CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + ratio than that of negative control group and CD8 + group (P <0.05) ); TCE experimental group CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and negative control group, no significant difference. Conclusion Trichlorethylene has some effects on the proportion of peripheral blood lymphocyte subtype in rats after transdermal administration, which may be related to the sensitization of trichlorethylene.
