The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and most important relationship in the education process. Years of educational practice has made me feel the importance of harmonious relationship between teachers and students. It is a catalyst for improving classroom effect and a prerequisite for efficient classroom. How can we really establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, so as to create a quality and efficient classroom?
