1998年底,总投资3.5亿元的华光科技锂离子电池项目正式在国家经贸委立项,成为我国唯一在国家经贸委立项的该类项目。此后,华光科技与北京有色金属研究总院、清华大学的技术合作全面展开。目前以北京金属研究总院为主研制开发的锂离子电池正负极材料生产技术已顺利通过由信息产业部和中国有色金属工业技术中心主持的鉴定,其性能指标达列了国际先进水平,为实现锂离子电池的规模化生产及打破国外厂家对该产品中国市场的垄断提供了技术上的保证。在加快研制开发步伐的同时,华光科技与北京有色金属研究总院正在陆续引进锂离子电池的生产设备和测试设备,并投入小批量生产。到2000年,该项目计划形成年产2000万只锂离子电池的生产能力。到那时,所有笔记本电脑的
