在多年的教学中,我们常常听到周围的人总在抱怨:学生难教,教师难做。其实教学并不是大家想象的那么痛苦,如果我们能将自己全部的爱心用到教学中,我们的教学就会是另一种景象。因此,在教学中我们要弘扬师德,与关爱、尊重、保护同行,如果在教学中兼备了这三样,那么我们就会是最成功的教师。

In many years of teaching, we often hear people around complain that students are hard to teach and teachers are hard to do. In fact, teaching is not as painful as everyone imagines. If we can use all our love in teaching, our teaching will be another scene. Therefore, in teaching we should promote ethics and care, respect and protect peers. If we have these three things in our teaching, then we will be the most successful teachers.
