今年是“九五”计划的第一年,在国家坚决抑制通货膨胀,加大两个根本转变力度,继续实行适度从紧的财政金融政策,强化宏观调控的大环境下,河南省上半年国民经济继续保持平稳增长的发展态势。据初步推算,上半年我省国内生产总值增长15％以上,位居全国前列。但是微观经济的困难在进一步加大。 一、经济运行基本状况 1.农业发展加快。全省夏粮突破历史最高水平,总产量达到205.15亿公斤,比上年增产27.47亿公斤,增长15.5％,比历史最高水平的1993年增长5.6％。上半年全省畜牧业产值195.18亿元,比上年同期增长26.5％。
