随着《劳动法》的实施和进一步为劳动者认识,我国劳动纠纷案件也呈逐年上升的趋势,学习《劳动法》,掌握《劳动法》也成了经济人、劳动者必修一课。尤其是劳动争议仲裁,是我国劳动争议处理法律体系的一个重要组成部分。虽然其整个法律体系中属于司法界较少关注的门类,但在市场经济快速发展,多种经济成分并存并进的今天,这一体系在协调劳动关系、维护生产秩序、保障社会稳定等方面有着不可忽视的重要作用。而如何对劳动争议仲裁制作出更适应形势发展需要的完善和改进,更是值得研究的课题。
