每个单位都有爱好民族乐器的职工,无论其人数多少,演奏水平高低,只要有计划地把他们组织起来,都可以组成一个乐队。通过定期排演训练,观摩学习及演出实践等具体活动,可使乐队演奏水平逐步得到提高。业余民族乐队,是由四个部分组成——管乐器、拉弦乐器、弹拨乐器和打击乐器。每个部分都具有高低声部结构。如果组织十人左右的小乐队,也要尽可能注意到这四个方面,最好能够高、中、低音乐器都有,才能使声部比较平衡,色采有所变化。
