搞政工的同行们聚在一起,常有人感叹:“现在当政工干部没前途,低人一等。”表现出一种躁动、不安。对这,我不想发什么议论。我想说的,只是我自己,一个普普通通的政工干部的一点体会。 我在大学读的是政治教育专业,80年代中期开始从事党委工作,现在是企业的党委书记,是一个货真价实的专职政工干部。期间经历了不少坎坷,饱尝了酸甜苦辣,可我始终热爱我学过的专业,热爱思想政治工作,热爱忙碌而清贫的生活,至今还傻呆呆地不想挪动一下。
The workers who engage in political work gather together, and often someone laments: “Now that there is no future for political cadres, they are inferior.” They showed an agitation and restlessness. I do not want to make any comment on this. I want to say, only myself, an ordinary political cadres experience. I was a college student majoring in political education. Since the mid-1980s, I started to work as a Party committee member. Now I am a secretary of the Party committee of the enterprise and a real-time full-time political cadre. During the period, I experienced a lot of ups and downs and I had a taste of the ups and downs. However, I always love the majors I have studied. I love the ideological and political work, and I love to live a busy and poor life. I still do not want to move on nowadays.
