At about 9:00 on August 26, 1998, a fire broke out in the clean room on the 4th floor of Building 2 of the First People’s Hospital of Changzhou City. After receiving an alarm at 9:24 pm, the City Fire Fighting Detachment’s 119 dispatching center quickly focused on the characteristics of the hospital staff. A tactical response was made to the fight, and the first move was strengthened.
