近几年,随着科技的发展和高等教育的大众化,档案数字化建设是高职院校档案管理工作发展的必然趋势,是职业院校适应社会发展的需要,也是档案管理模式从档案实体管理为重点,向多种形式数字化档案转变的一次重大变革。当前,职业院校信息化、网络化发展,使数字信息已经深入到学校的各个院系和专业。因此,做好档案数字化工作对于高职教育的健康持续发展尤为重要。那么在实际工作中如何才能开展好档案的数字化建设,笔者从六方面谈了自己的看法。
