With the wide application of the reinforced concrete lightweight aggregate concrete members in the construction engineering, the calculation of the shear strength of the oblique section has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in the design of the components. After more than two years of experimental research, this topical collaboration group has gained a certain understanding and mastery of the shear performance of several types of reinforced concrete lightweight aggregate concrete beams with fly ash ceramsite, pumice, and coal gangue as aggregates. In this paper, based on the results of the relevant experimental studies obtained, we will focus on the establishment of a shear strength calculation formula for reinforced concrete light-weight aggregate concrete beams and test verification for the relevant scientific research and design staff.
