C_3S及β-C_2S稀悬浮液中的水化过程包括硅酸钙在水中开始进行溶解,逐步形成其水化产物的过饱和溶液,然后其水化产物逐步从此过饱和溶液中析出。C_3S及β-C_2S的水化过程均经过形成水化硅酸钙及Ca(OH)_2这两个过饱和溶液的阶段。C_3S和β-C_2S所形成的水化硅酸钙过饱和溶液具有相同的过饱和值,此值约为4~4.5。而它们所形成的Ca(OH)_2过饱和溶液则具有甚低的过饱和值,且此过饱和值的持续时间亦很短暂。
The hydration process in the C_3S and β-C_2S dilute suspensions includes that calcium silicate begins to dissolve in water, gradually forms a supersaturated solution of its hydration product, and then its hydration product gradually precipitates from this supersaturated solution. The hydration process of C 3 S and β-C 2 S passes through the stages of the formation of two supersaturated solutions of hydrated calcium silicate and Ca(OH) 2 . The supersaturated hydrated calcium silicate solution formed by C_3S and β-C_2S has the same supersaturation value, which is approximately 4 to 4.5. The Ca(OH)2 supersaturated solution formed by them has a very low supersaturation value, and the duration of this supersaturation value is also very short.
