企业衍生是高新技术企业集聚的重要特点。衍生是地方技术转移和经济增长的过程。新思想通过企业家创造的机会大量进入经济，这个过程正是硅谷成功的基础。本文着重介绍了北京中关村地区新技术集聚区域的企业衍生特点。结论指出，企业家创新活动是新技术集聚体成功的重要保证。
Enterprise derivation is an important feature of high-tech enterprise agglomeration. Derivation is the process of local technology transfer and economic growth. New ideas enter the economy through the opportunities created by entrepreneurs. This process is the foundation of Silicon Valley’s success. This article focuses on the characteristics of corporate derivation in the new technology agglomeration area in Zhongguancun, Beijing. The conclusion points out that entrepreneurial innovation is an important guarantee for the success of new technology agglomerations.
