在国家保障公民基本文化权益,满足人民群众的基本文化需求的目标之下,我国不断推进公共文化示范区的建设,本文以宝鸡市公共图书馆服务体系创新制度为例,对西部地区公共图书馆服务体系在制度建设和道路选择上进行探索。进而找出当前西部地区公共图书馆公共服务体系建设面临的问题,在公共图书馆服务体系的设计制度时,要坚持因地制宜、实事求是、不断创新、简单可行的理念。
Under the goal of ensuring the basic cultural rights and interests of citizens and meeting the basic cultural needs of the masses of people, China has continuously promoted the construction of public cultural demonstration zones. Taking the innovation system of public library service in Baoji City as an example, Service system in the system construction and road choice to explore. And then find out the problems that the public libraries in the western region are facing when constructing the public service system. In the design of public library service system, we must adhere to the concept of adapting to local conditions, seeking truth from facts, constant innovation and simple and feasible.
