R&D活动在区域经济发展及科技创新活动中扮演着重要角色,分析不同区域R&D开展状况是提升区域科技创新的有效路径。本文以国家统计局公布的《第二次R&D资源清查主要数据公报》为依据,利用聚类分析方法对各个区域R&D开展状况进行分类,得到各类别间的特征及显著性差异。实验结果表明:在同类的区域中项目开展状况有着不同的发展趋势,不同类区域之间R&D开展状况有两极分化趋势,尤其在项目经费上。以此提出合理化建议,为区域科技创新政策完善,缩小区域间科技创新活动的差距提供参考依据。
R & D activities play an important role in regional economic development and scientific and technological innovation activities. Analyzing the status of R & D in different regions is an effective way to enhance regional technological innovation. Based on the Second Main Data Bulletin of R & D Resource Inventory published by National Bureau of Statistics, this paper uses cluster analysis to classify the status of R & D in all regions and get the characteristics and significant differences among different categories. The experimental results show that the development status of projects in different regions has different trend of development and the trend of polarization of R & D among different types of regions has a tendency of polarization, especially in project funding. In this way, rationalization proposals can be put forward to provide reference for improving the regional S & T innovation policies and narrowing the gap between S & T innovation activities in different regions.
