From the Fifth National Youth Urban Planning Dissertation Contest (CARDS Cup) to the Fifth National Youth Urban Planning Dissertation Contest jointly organized by the Journal and the Youth Working Committee of China Urban Planning Society. (CARDS Cup) winners have been announced. This essay contest received extensive responses and support from the planning community across the country.
