在学校教育中,作为教学活动中的组织者、主导者和推动者,要始终本着促进学生终身发展的长远战略眼光,坚持宽容开放的良好心态,显示平等、合作的美好姿势,在激发教学活力、施展人格魅力的同时,努力撬动教学艺术杠杆,不断“激励、唤醒、鼓舞”学生的热情和精神,一方面通过开展“三维目标教学”活动,认真塑造学生在课程学习中的个性化特征;一方面通过各种途径和方式,不断推动学生的创新思维和行为,逐步实现以创新能力为核心追求的素质化教学目标,从而为促进学生的全面发展和终身发展奠基铺路。本文结合职高语文教学的实践与体会,试对此作出一些抛砖引玉之论。
