目的分析紫杉醇联合顺铂在宫颈癌保留卵巢根治术后的治疗价值。方法选取2008年2月-2011年1月在我院进行治疗的宫颈癌患者74例,分为两组,分别使用紫杉醇联合顺铂和单纯使用顺铂,对两组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率和2年复发情况进行观察。结果联合组治疗有效率高于单纯组,但不良反应发生率高于单纯组,联合组2年复发率低于单纯组(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂可以作为保留卵巢根治术理想的术后辅助化疗方案。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in preserving ovarian cancer after cervical cancer. Methods Totally 74 patients with cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2008 to January 2011 were divided into two groups. The patients were treated with paclitaxel plus cisplatin and cisplatin alone, and the treatment efficiency and adverse reactions Rate and 2-year recurrence were observed. Results The combined group was more effective than the simple group, but the incidence of adverse reactions was higher than that of the simple group. The 2-year recurrence rate in the combined group was lower than that in the simple group (P <0.05). Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin can be used as an ideal postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for preserving ovarian radical surgery.
