目的:观察经闭孔阴道前壁无张力尿道中段悬吊术(TVT-A)治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床疗效。方法:对50例SUI患者行TVT-A治疗,观察手术效果及并发症情况。结果:50例患者手术全部成功,手术时间15~20 min,平均18 min;出血量20~30 ml,平均25 ml;住院天数3~6天,平均4.5天。术后出现排尿困难2例,经处理后症状消失。本组50例均无膀胱损伤、神经损伤,无尿失禁复发,无慢性腿部疼痛、吊带侵蚀及网片排异反应等并发症。结论:采用TVT-A治疗SUI,疗效确切,安全可靠,具有操作简便、手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of transthoracic anterior vaginal anterior tension-free urethral suspension (TVT-A) in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods: 50 cases of SUI patients underwent TVT-A treatment, observation of the effect of surgery and complications. Results: All the surgeries were successful in 50 cases. The operation time was 15-20 min (mean 18 min). The bleeding volume was 20-30 ml (average 25 ml). The days of hospitalization were 3-6 days (4.5 days on average). Postoperative dysuria in 2 cases, the symptoms disappeared after treatment. The group of 50 patients had no bladder injury, nerve injury, recurrence of urinary incontinence, no chronic leg pain, sling erosion and mesh rejection and other complications. Conclusion: The treatment of SUI with TVT-A is effective, safe and reliable. It has the advantages of simple operation, short operation time, small trauma, rapid recovery and few complications.
