福建省位于我国华东南部沿海,与台湾省隔台湾海峡相望,濒临东海,与浙江、江西、广东等省为邻,有着发展海运的优越条件。但是,由于种种原因,福建海运业的发展却一直十分缓慢,海运企业实力薄弱,与福建经贸的发展不相适应。当前,深入研究如何进一步发展福建海运业具有十分重要的现实意义。作者根据其多年从事福建海运业的实际工作经验和学习体会,撰写了有关这方面的系列文章,从本期起本刊将分四期陆续刊出,供有关部门及广大读者参考。
Fujian Province is located on the coast of southeastern China, facing Taiwan Strait across Taiwan Strait and on the verge of the East China Sea. It is adjacent to Zhejiang, Jiangxi and Guangdong provinces and enjoys the advantageous conditions for developing maritime transport. However, due to various reasons, the development of Fujian’s shipping industry has been very slow. The strength of shipping enterprises is weak and incompatible with the economic and trade development of Fujian. At present, it is of great practical significance to further study how to further develop the shipping industry in Fujian. The author has written a series of articles on this subject based on his practical experience and learning experience in the shipping industry in Fujian for many years. From now on, the journal will be published in four phases for reference by relevant departments and readers.
