《中华人民共和国公路法》业经第八届全国人大常委会第二十六次会议于7月3日通过,将于1998年1月1日施行。 《公路法》对公路养路费的征收方式进行了调整。公路养路费用采取征收燃油附加费的办法,即拥有车辆的单位和个人,在购买燃油时,按照国家有关规定缴纳燃油附加费,不再缴纳公路养路费。至此,国外已实行了几十年,我们也盼了好几年的“以燃油附加费代替养路费”的办法终于出台了。 这一规定,改变了我国几十年来公路养路费的征收方式。过去是直接向车辆拥有单位或个人按月按车辆吨位征收养路费。实行征收燃油附加费的办法之后,车辆拥有单位或个人就
The Road Law of the People’s Republic of China was adopted on July 3 by the 26th meeting of the Eighth NPC Standing Committee, and will be implemented on January 1, 1998.
