通过计算机模拟优化方法,确定了E级钢材料的最佳热处理工艺参数。采用优化的调质热处理工艺参数对E级钢锻造钩尾框进行热处理后,测试材料的力学性能和组织变化。结果表明:材料在保持高塑性的同时,强度提高了8.3%,材料组织为均匀的回火索氏体,组织和性能指标均达到铁道部有关的技术要求。
Through the computer simulation optimization method, the optimal heat treatment process parameters of the E grade steel material were determined. The optimized quenching and tempering heat treatment process parameters of the E-class steel forging yoke after heat treatment, the test material mechanical properties and organizational changes. The results show that the strength of the material increases by 8.3% while keeping the high ductility, and the material structure is uniform tempered sorbite. The microstructure and properties meet the technical requirements of the Ministry of Railways.
