我们总结 7年来 5例巨大纵隔肿瘤的外科手术中血管重建情况 ,其中 2例术中运用体外循环 ,全部治愈出院 ,体外循环的运用可使肿瘤完整切除。巨大纵隔肿瘤尤其是恶性肿瘤临床上手术切除较困难 ,常常侵犯上腔静脉和无名静脉 ,若要行根治手术必须血管重建。1 临床资料1.1 一般资
We summarize the vascular remodeling in 5 cases of huge mediastinal tumors during the past 7 years. Among them, 2 cases underwent cardiopulmonary bypass by surgery and all were cured. The use of cardiopulmonary bypass can completely remove the tumor. Large mediastinal tumors, especially malignant tumors, surgical resection more difficult, often violations of the superior vena cava and anonymous veins, to radical surgery must be revascularization. 1 clinical data 1.1 general funding
