我校与电子工业部第46所合作研制的齿轮研合剂(原名齿轮研光剂),能在满载下使齿轮得到快速研合,并且不会产生胶合等损伤,很好地解决了国内外过去没有解决的在满载下使齿轮得到快速研合的问题。用研合剂研合后的齿轮,各单项精度都有所提高。齿面粗糙度可以明显降低,齿轮接触面可达100%,基节精度和齿形精度可提高一级。 由于研合可以在满载下进行,研合后的轮齿,已经消除了安装误差和各种变形误差。其结果不但相当于进行了各种修形,而且“修形”量是最符合实际的。因此,用这种研合剂研合,
