目的:探讨慢性间歇低氧和牙周炎对大鼠血清和牙龈中瘦素和CRP含量的影响。方法:32只SD健康大鼠随机分为4组,常氧对照组,牙周炎组(CP),慢性间歇低氧组(CIH),复合组(CP+CIH)。用ELISA法检测血清和牙龈组织中瘦素和CRP的水平。结果:牙周炎组和CIH组大鼠血清和牙龈的CRP水平均高于常氧对照组,差异有统计学意义,其中复合组的含量最高;牙周炎和CIH组大鼠的血清瘦素水平高于常氧对照组,相反,牙龈的瘦素水平低于常氧对照组,差异有统计学意义,复合组的牙龈瘦素水平最低。结论:慢性间歇低氧可促进血清和牙龈中CRP含量升高,血清中瘦素含量增加,而牙龈中瘦素含量减少。并且加重了牙周的破坏程度。
Objective: To investigate the effects of chronic intermittent hypoxia and periodontitis on the levels of leptin and CRP in serum and gingival of rats. Methods: Thirty-two SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normoxia control group, periodontitis group (CP), chronic intermittent hypoxia group (CIH) and combined group (CP + CIH). Serum and gingival tissue levels of leptin and CRP were measured by ELISA. Results: The serum and gingival CRP levels in periodontitis group and CIH group were higher than those in normoxic control group, the difference was statistically significant, and the content of compound group was the highest. The levels of serum leptin in periodontitis and CIH rats On the contrary, the level of gingival leptin was lower than that of normoxic control group, the difference was statistically significant, the compound group had the lowest gingival leptin level. CONCLUSION: Chronic intermittent hypoxia can promote the increase of CRP in serum and gingiva, increase the content of leptin in serum, and decrease the content of leptin in the gingiva. And increased the extent of periodontal damage.
