随着社会经济的发展,人们对医疗水平的要求越来越高,对医院的服务水平要求也更高,早先医院的认识管理系统已经满足不了人们的需求,跟不上社会的飞速发展,陈旧的医院人事管理制度正在被一一打破。为了更好的服务于人民,赶上现今的医疗市场发展,就要制定合理的医院认识管理制度,进行合理的改进,这样才会建设一个能够更好的提供服务的医疗场所。文章将以分析以前的认识管理的缺陷为入手点,讲述了医院人事管理层面上需要改进的方面。
