随着科技的进步和社会的发展,知识经济初见端倪,市场竞争日趋激烈。纺织机械制造业全面实现理论创新、制度创新、科技创新,这既是企业发展战略,也是本产业的发展战略。鉴于此,增强自主创新能力,努力建设创新型纺织制造业,具有划时代的意义。本文提出了纺织制造业创新战略的概念、战略体系及实施工具,并应用于纺织机械制造业创新工程的战略规划和技术创新平台的设计。
With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, the knowledge economy has taken shape and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Textile machinery manufacturing industry to achieve a comprehensive theoretical innovation, institutional innovation, technological innovation, which is both business development strategy, but also the industry’s development strategy. In view of this, it is of epoch-making significance to enhance the capability of independent innovation and strive to build an innovative textile manufacturing industry. This paper presents the concept, strategic system and implementation tools of the innovation strategy of textile manufacturing industry and the design of the strategic planning and technological innovation platform for the innovation project of the textile machinery manufacturing industry.
