目的:调查硫嘌呤甲基转移酶( thiopurine methyltransferase, TPMT)的活性在中国人人群中的分布情况,并与白种人进行比较。方法:用化学酶标法测定红细胞 TPMT活性。结果:我们测定了 200例健康中国人和 33例健康白种人红细胞中 TPMT的活性,发现该酶的平均活性在中国人群中和白种人群中分别为 (11.42± 2.01)nmol· h- 1· m- 1和 (11.86± 2.57) nmol· h- 1· ml- 1 packed RBC,两者没有显著差异( P >0.05)。该酶的活性在中国人群中呈均态分布,而在白种人群中则呈二态分布。 TPMT活性与性别、年龄无关。结论:中国人与白种人 TPMT活性分布比较具有种族差异性。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of thiopurine methyltransferase (TPMT) activity in the Chinese population and compare it with that of Caucasians. Methods: The erythrocyte TPMT activity was determined by chemical enzyme labeling. RESULTS: We measured the activity of TPMT in 200 healthy Chinese and 33 healthy Caucasian red blood cells and found that the average activity of the enzyme was (11.42± 2.01) nmol·h-1 in the Chinese population and the Caucasian population, respectively. · m-1 and (11.86 ± 2.57) nmol· h-1 · ml-1 packed RBC, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The activity of this enzyme is evenly distributed in the Chinese population, but it is binary in the Caucasian population. TPMT activity was not related to gender or age. Conclusion: There is racial difference in the distribution of TPMT activity between Chinese and Caucasians.
