应用~(14)C 或~(13)C 标记氨基比林呼吸试验有助于评价肝功能损害,但必须采集呼吸标本1或2h,方可获得较高的可信度。非那西丁的衍生物美散西丁(methacetin)同样经肝微粒体代谢生成 CO_2,由呼吸排出。有报道小剂量美散西丁在体内代谢迅速,无毒副作用,用以测定肝微粒体功能比氨基比林更为可取。本文研究~(13)C 美散西丁呼吸试验能否有效地估价肝损害程度。对象 7例肝功能正常的健康受试者作对照。30
A ~ (14) C or ~ (13) C-labeled aminopyrine breath test may be useful in assessing liver function impairment, but respiratory specimens must be collected for 1 or 2 hours before obtaining a high degree of confidence. Phenacetin, a derivative of methacetin, is also metabolized by liver microsomes to form CO 2, which is then excreted by the respiratory system. It has been reported that low-dose mexiletine rapidly metabolized in the body, non-toxic side effects, to determine the liver microsomal function than aminopyrine is more desirable. In this paper, ~ (13) C US-Cis-Cetide breath test can effectively assess the extent of liver damage. Subjects 7 healthy subjects with normal liver function as a control. 30
