德.索托被评为世界上最具有号召力的改革家之一,其《资本的秘密》一书成为了近年来国际市场上最畅销的经济学著作。德.索托在《资本的秘密》中揭示出了“第三世界和前共产主义国家”存在着大量僵化的资本,并分析了资本在发达国家成功的秘密。面对我国小产权房在法律政策的打压下,不仅没有消灭,反而呈现出欣欣向荣的趋势。因此,借用“资本的秘密”来探析我国小产权房的出路,不失为当下治理小产权房的一剂良方。既为小产权房找到了一条光明的道路,也为农民带来了一只“会下蛋的母鸡”。
