术后胃瘫并发Wernicke脑病及重度低钠血症1例

Wernicke脑病(WE)是乙醇中毒病人的一组综合征,是维生素B1缺乏导致的急症。临床上多呈急性或亚急性患病。该病的临床误诊率极高,及早进行正确的诊治至关重要。本病人以肠梗阻术后胃瘫,突发昏迷起病,同时并发严重低钠血症,这在WE中比较少见。以下将该病人的诊治经过并结合文献报道如下。 Wernicke’s encephalopathy (WE) is a group of patients with alcoholism syndrome, is caused by vitamin B1 deficiency in emergency. Mostly acute or sub-acute clinical disease. The clinical misdiagnosis of the disease is extremely high, as early as the proper diagnosis and treatment is essential. The patient with postoperative intestinal paralysis gastritis, sudden onset of coma, severe concurrent hyponatremia, which is relatively rare in WE. Following the diagnosis and treatment of the patient after the combination of the literature reported as follows.
