目的:探讨心包腔穿刺置管引流术并发症及注意事项。方法:通过对8例发生心包腔穿刺置管引流术并发症的患者回顾分析。结果:在8例并发症中,穿刺相关的心律失常3例;心脏误伤出血2例,1例因出血量大,心包压塞死亡;心包胸腔瘘1例;肺水肿1例,因积液引流过快;迷走反应亢进致血压下降1例。结论:应充分认识心包腔穿刺置管引流术的风险,严格把握适应证和禁忌证,严格执行心包腔穿刺技术规范。
Objective: To investigate the complications and precautions of pericardiocentesis and catheter drainage. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 8 patients with pericardiocentesis by catheter drainage was performed. Results: In 8 cases, 3 cases of puncture-related arrhythmia, 2 cases of cardiac accidental bleeding, 1 case of bleeding due to large amount of bleeding and pericardial occlusion, 1 case of pericardial thoracic fistula, 1 case of pulmonary edema, Too fast; vagus hyperthyroidism caused by decreased blood pressure in 1 case. Conclusion: The risk of pericardiocentesis and catheter drainage should be fully recognized, indications and contraindications should be strictly observed, and the pericardiac puncture technique should be strictly implemented.
