2001年7月我国各科新课程标准陆续出台,这标志着我国基础教育课程改革进入实施阶段。教学观念的转变是课程改革能够顺利实施的保证。课程实施的基本途径是教学。教学观念的更新决定了教学方式的转变。“如果教学观念不更新,教学方式不转变,课程改革就将流于形式,事倍功半甚至劳而无功”(基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)解读)。作为教学的主要实施者,中小学教师将面临一系列历史性的教学观念上的转变。《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)解读》指出:新课程需要以下教学观念:1.整合教学与课程;2.强调互动的师生关系;3.构建素质教育课堂教学目标体系;4.构建充满生命力的课堂教学运行体系;5.转变学生的学习方式。 作为一名普通中小学教师,尤其是过去经验丰富
In July 2001, the new curriculum standards of various subjects in China were successively issued, which indicates that the basic education curriculum reform in our country has entered the implementation stage. The change of teaching concept is the guarantee for the smooth implementation of curriculum reform. The basic approach to curriculum implementation is teaching. The update of teaching concepts determines the transformation of teaching methods. “If teaching concepts are not updated and teaching methods do not change, curriculum reforms will become more formalized and less effective.” (Interpretation of Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial)). As the main implementer of teaching, primary and secondary school teachers will face a series of historic changes in teaching concepts. The “Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial) Interpretation” points out that the new curriculum needs the following teaching concepts: 1. Integrating teaching and curriculum; 2. Emphasizing interactive teacher-student relationship; 3. Building quality education classroom teaching target system; Lifetime classroom teaching operation system; 5.
