近年来,PV_1终末力(简写为Ptf—V_1)的负值异常增大,作为诊断左房异常及左心功能不全指标之一,已为广大临床工作者所重视,但对早期冠心病的诊断价值,看法还不一致。由于PV_1终末力的测量具有方法简便,病人无痛苦,可以连续观察和反复对照等优点,因此对早期冠心病诊断价值有进一步观察的必要。
