池浸是一种简单易行的提金方法,所需投资少,上马快,成本低,适宜处理氧化铁帽型含细粒金的矿石以及氧化石英脉含细粒金的矿石。其工艺过程是:将破碎至一定粒度的含金矿石装入浸池中,加入碱性氰化物溶液浸泡,金被溶解进入溶液,然后从池底放出含金溶液(贵液),用锌片(粉)置换(也可用活性炭吸附)回收金,浸渣经除污处理后弃之(参见图1)。
Pool immersion is a simple and easy method to extract gold, which requires less investment, quick loading and low cost. It is suitable for processing iron oxide cap-bearing fine-grained ores and oxygenated quartz veins with fine-grained ores. The process is as follows: the gold ore crushed to a certain particle size is filled into a dip pool, the solution is immersed in a basic cyanide solution, the gold is dissolved into the solution, and then the gold-containing solution (noble liquid) is released from the bottom of the pool, (Powder) replacement (also available activated carbon adsorption) recovery of gold, leaching residue after decontamination abandoned (see Figure 1).
