本文研究了获得超低磷钢以及利用LD转炉炉渣进行铁水预处理脱磷的方法。结果表明:含磷0.09—0.16%的铁水用LD转炉炉渣和氧化铁或者石灰和氧化铁预处理后,铁水磷含量分别降至0.020—0.060%或0.003—0.020%;铁水再经LD转炉精炼脱磷,可获得磷含量低于0.005%的超低磷镇静钢。如果应用这种炉外脱磷方法来生产普通含磷钢,LD转炉的总渣量势必减少,则其大部分可再次使用作铁水脱磷剂。
In this paper, the method of obtaining ultra-low phosphorus steel and dephosphorization using molten iron pretreatment with LD converter slag was studied. The results showed that the content of phosphorus in molten iron dropped to 0.020-0.060% or 0.003-0.020% respectively after pretreatment with LD converter slag and iron oxide or lime and iron oxide. The hot metal was refined by LD converter Phosphorus, available phosphorus content of less than 0.005% of ultra-low phosphorus killed steel. If this furnace dephosphorization method to produce ordinary phosphorus-containing steel, LD converter slag is bound to reduce the total amount, most of it can be reused as a dephosphorization agent.
