对11例已得到病理证实的视网膜母细胞瘤的暗适应 ERG 作了分析。其中8只眼为无波型,3只眼为降低型。无波型中,病理证实5只眼已为眼外期,3只眼为眼内期。降低型中,3只眼均为眼内期,ERG的 a 波和 b 波的振幅在其肿瘤较大者比肿瘤较小者要低,于强光刺激下,3只眼的振荡电位均消失。作者认为暗适应视网膜电图对视网膜母细胞瘤患者的视功能测定是一项重要的客观指标。它可协助提示肿瘤对视网膜损伤的广度及深度,对该病的早期诊断、治疗及预后估价有一定的参考价值。
11 cases of pathologically confirmed retinoblastoma dark adaptation ERG were analyzed. Among them, 8 eyes were wave-free and 3 eyes were reduced. No wave in the pathology confirmed that 5 eyes have extraocular phase, 3 eyes for intraocular phase. In the reduced type, all three eyes were in intraocular phase. The amplitude of a wave and b wave of ERG were lower in the tumors with larger tumors than those with smaller tumors. Under the intense light stimulation, the oscillation potentials of the three eyes disappeared . The authors concluded that dark adaptation to electroretinography is an important objective measure of visual function in patients with retinoblastoma. It can help suggest the extent and depth of tumor damage to the retina, the early diagnosis of the disease, treatment and prognosis of a certain reference value.
