全国政协委员、农工党河南省委副主委、郑州大学第二附属医院副院长杨利霞委员始终关注着医疗卫生事业的发展,她一直不遗余力地为提高人民群众的医疗保障水平建言献策。在担任第十届全国政协委员期间,她曾连续两年建议尽快推行全民医保,因而受到各级各部门的重视、采纳和社会的广泛关注。最近两年,她又在为改善乡村医生的状况奔走、呼吁。今年的全国两会上,杨利霞委员递交了《关于加强乡村卫生队伍建设的建议》的提案。杨利霞委员说,他之所以关注这个群体,是因为她曾在实地考察和调研中遇到了一个永远难忘的乡村医生。他叫郭光俊,“全国优秀乡村医生”之一,家住河南登封一片浅山丘陵中。

His name is Guo Guangjun, one of the “Outstanding Country Doctors in the Country.” He lives in a shallow hill in Dengfeng, Henan Province.
