探讨了影响 L -抗坏血酸 - 2 -多聚磷酸酯稳定性的主要因素 ,利用紫外光谱法研究了酸碱、温度和离子等对其稳定性的影响。

The main factors affecting the stability of L - ascorbic acid - 2 - polyphosphate were discussed. The effects of acid, base, temperature and ions on the stability of L - ascorbic acid - 2 - polyphosphate were studied by UV spectroscopy.
