5月6日获悉:IBM公司和Lotus公司从第二季度起,IBM PC服务器“捆绑”Lotus Domino 4.5服务器软件,以便帮助用户更高效地实现Web电子商务解决方案。在与IBM PC服务器搭配之后,Domino4.5可以向用户提供包括邮件处理、群件和internet/Intranet应用程序开发在内的统一解决方案,企业用户能够快速建立、调用并管理用于在线合作和关键事务协调的应用程序,从而扩展了用户充分利用IBM PC服务器先进技术性能的能力,使他们能够迅速在Web上展开电子商务活动。
Learned on May 6: IBM and Lotus have been “bundling” Lotus Domino 4.5 server software with IBM PC servers since the second quarter to help users more effectively implement Web e-business solutions.
