社区矫正在我国是一种刑罚执行方式,经过多年的试点并取得了相当的经验和效果后,目前已逐步在全国范围展开。在新的形势和历史时期,检察机关如何正确履行法律监督职责,特别是如何加强对社区矫正工作的法律监督,是检察机关面对的一个新课题。文章就检察机关如何对社区矫正进行法律监督谈谈自己的一些思考。
Community correction is a kind of punishment execution method in our country. After years of trial and considerable experience and effect, community correction has been gradually carried out nationwide. In the new situation and historical period, how the procuratorial organs correctly perform their duties of legal supervision, especially how to strengthen the legal supervision of community corrections, is a new issue confronting procuratorial organs. The article discusses some of my own thoughts on how the procuratorial organs conduct legal supervision of community correction.
