CKD9C型机车是资阳机车有限公司专为土库曼斯坦、哈萨克斯坦等中亚国家打造的固定重联大功率重载货运内燃机车。CKD9C型7787号机车是2014年6月出口到哈萨克斯坦的,机车运行半月后,用户认为机车输出功率不能低于2 200 k W,要求重新调整,加大柴油机输出功率。由于现场没有水阻试验设施,服务人员只有通过机车自负荷状态进行调整,在调整过程中出现了机车空载时各挡柴油机转速均正常,在满负荷状态机车功率提高了
