当前,班级文化建设的研究虽然取得了较大的进展,但尚未形成成熟的理论体系,从而导致了班级文化建设的实践不够深入。在成果表达上,重理论轻实践,实践中的例子被摆在为说明理论服务的地位,因而既不详细也不系统,不能说明班级文化形成、发展、成熟过程中的内在联系。因此,在构建成熟理论体系的同时,应以务实的态度加强班级文化建设的实践,依据班级内外环境特点,创建与教书育人目标相匹配的独具特色的班级文化,积极开发
