10月27日,“全国混凝土标准化技术委员会沥青混凝土分技术”委员会成立暨第一次工作会议“在北京召开。国家标准化管理委员会工业标准一部主任殷明汉、深圳市市场监督局标准化处处长谭建军、深圳市海川实业股份有限公司董事长何唯平、长沙理工大学交通运输学院院长刘朝晖、中国交通建设监理协会副理事长巩德胜等出席会议,全国混凝土标准化技术委员会沥青混凝土分技术委员会有关专家以及中国公路杂志社、中国交通报等行业媒体代表39人参加了会议。
