极软岩巷道具有持续塑性变形破坏的特征,单一支护方式难以控制。锚注支护是具有锚杆支护与注浆加固作用的一种联合支护方式,可以改变围岩力学参数,提高围岩强度,是一种主动支护方法。根据锚注机理,建立围岩锚注计算的力学模型。依据围岩流变特征,选择耦合的流变模型,以分析锚注支护对具有流变特性持续变形围岩支护的控制作用。经理论分析、计算和工程应用表明,锚注支护对控制极软岩巷道持续变形破坏具有显著的技术、经济效果。
The extremely soft rock roadway has the characteristics of continuous plastic deformation and failure, and the single supporting method is difficult to control. Anchoring and bolting support is a kind of joint support method which has the functions of bolt support and grouting reinforcement. It can change the mechanical parameters of surrounding rock and improve the surrounding rock strength. It is an active support method. According to the mechanism of anchor injection, the mechanical model of bolt-grouting calculation is established. Based on the rheological characteristics of surrounding rock, a coupled rheological model was chosen to analyze the control effect of bolt-grouting support on the surrounding rock support with rheological properties. Theoretical analysis, calculation and engineering application show that the bolting and grouting support has significant technical and economic effects on the sustained deformation and failure of the controlled soft rock tunnel.
