心脏疾病严重威胁着人类健康。近年来,临床心脏疾病诊断除了评估左心室功能外,也越来越多地开始对右心室功能进行评估。尤其当左心室射血分数较低时,右心室功能评估显得更为重要。右心室分割是评估其功能的前提。然而,心脏右心室心肌薄,结构复杂且个体差异大,一直是分割的难点。由于心脏电影磁共振图像是如今临床评估心室功能的金标准,本文对基于该图像典型的右心室分割方法、评价方法及发展前景进行了综述性描述,以便相关领域研究者更好地了解右心室分割研究进展。
Heart disease is a serious threat to human health. In recent years, in addition to assessing left ventricular function, clinical heart disease diagnoses have increasingly begun to assess right ventricular function. Especially when left ventricular ejection fraction is low, right ventricular function assessment is even more important. Right ventricular segmentation is a prerequisite to assess its function. However, the cardiac ventricles have a thin myocardium, complex structures and large individual differences, which have always been the difficulty of segmentation. Since the magnetic resonance imaging of the heart film is the gold standard for clinical assessment of ventricular function today, this article describes the typical methods, evaluation methods and development prospects of right ventricular segmentation based on this image so that researchers in relevant fields can better understand the right ventricle Segmentation research progress.
