Lianhua Science and Technology Co., Ltd. recently released a notice for the controlling subsidiaries to provide security. The 2007 Annual Shareholders’ General Meeting examined and adopted the Proposal on Providing Guarantee for Jiangsu Lianhua, agreeing that the Company will provide joint and several liability guarantee for Jiangsu Lianhua to raise funds for the local banks in Jiangsu Province, with the total guarantee amount not exceeding 80 million Yuan and the guarantee period of three year. On October 31, 2008, Jiangsu Lianhua Science and Technology Co., Ltd. signed a “loan contract” with the Agricultural Bank of China branch in Xiangshui County,
