我国能源储量有限,分布不均衡,部分能源接近枯竭,能源供需矛盾突出,所以,节能工作显得异常严竣,而随着建筑业的迅速发展,建筑能耗占总能耗的比重越来越大,推行建筑节能无疑成为节能工作的重中之中,是实现节能减排,应对全球气候变化,加强环境建设的首要任务。建筑节能有利于保护耕地,改善煤炭、水资源等资源的过度破坏、开采、浪费的局面,起到资源优化利用的作用,同时,也减少了污染物排效,更有利于改善人们的居住环境,长远看也会对全球气候的变化起到积极的保护作用。
