阴极溶出法测定S~(2-)的报道很多。俞泽穆等应用就地阴极溶出法以Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH-EDTA-抗坏血酸为底液测定S~(2-),分析下限为1.8×10~(-8)M。宋鸿镃等以NaOH-NaCl为底液,采用差示脉冲阴极溶出法测定血清中的S~(2-),检出限达1.9×10~(-9)M。本文以二乙胺为底液,采用直流和差示脉冲阴极溶出法测定废水和大气中的S~(2-),检出限分别为0.20和0.10ppb。变异系数为4.9~5.7%。回收率在92.3~101.0%之间,基本上符合环境样品分析要求。
Cathodic stripping assay S ~ (2-) reported a lot. Yu Zemu et al. In situ cathodic dissolution method was used for the determination of S ~ (2-) with Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH-EDTA-ascorbic acid as the substrate. The lower limit of analysis was 1.8 × 10 ~ (-8) M. Song Hongxuan and other NaOH-NaCl as the bottom liquid, the use of differential pulse cathodic dissolution method for the determination of serum S ~ (2-), the detection limit of 1.9 × 10 ~ (-9) M. In this paper, diethyl amine as the bottom liquid, DC and differential pulse cathodic dissolution method for the determination of S ~ (2-) in wastewater and the atmosphere, the detection limits were 0.20 and 0.10ppb. The coefficient of variation is 4.9 ~ 5.7%. The recoveries ranged from 92.3% to 101.0%, basically meeting the requirements of environmental sample analysis.
