我厂铸铁车间15米~2台车式燃煤热处理炉于1974年建成使用以来,长期炉温升不上去,不能满足铸件热处理的工艺要求,常发生铸件热处理返工现象(白口消除不了,需二次退火),甚至造成铸件报废;同时由于升温速度慢、保温困难故整炉操作时间(升温和保温时间)长,燃料消耗大;再则烧炉操作困难、劳动条件差。通过观察和分析,我们认为原炉设计中有几个结构参数是不合理的,应该改进,并且结构上允许改进。在79年炉子大修时,我们在不变动炉子基础、
